in the region had no electricity. that number was down to 133,000 by yesterday afternoon. rob marciano, you are busy tracking it all at the cnn weather center in atlanta. what can we expect today? >> this storm moving east. it's going to impact even more people. millions across the east coast in the form of wind and rain, which will slow down travel, also knock out more power. the snow continues to come down in many spots. the video just doesn't get old here. we're talking about blizzard conditions that impacted places yesterday across eastern kansas, parts of missouri and through iowa where the huge car pileup was and across wisconsin as well. these are some of the numbers. 18.5 inches in middleton, wisconsin. washington, wisconsin, seeing 16 inches. madison setting a record at 13.3. dubuque, iowa, over a foot of snow. massive, massive system. the white obviously indicating the snow. that's spiraling back around through chicago. strong winds off lake michigan. winds battering the indiana and illinois coastline. this will continue to push toward the east. more snow coming down. the heaviest

driver made a delivery here on howard drive in southeast when police say he was robbed at gun point. these people just had their packages dropped off. ? my doorbell rang. i answered it. i realized the fedex man had been here. >> reporter: she didn't see him, only his truck. later, the husband found the driver lying on his front steps. >> i thought maybe he had been shot or knocked out or something. >> reporter: he called out to the driver who didn't move and didn't answer. >> i said are you all right? he raised up. he said i thought i was still being robbed. >> reporter: the driver was forced to the ground at gun point while the people loaded packages into their car. for a good part of the afternoon, police searched the wooded area of fort davis park. it's unclear if it was related to the robbery a short distance away. services at a nearby chush went on as usual though for a while members were escorted to the church through the police line. back on highwood, police went through the truck for evidence. unfortunately, this can be a dangerous time of year for fedex drivers or any deliv

accused of robbing a bank will be back in court today. police say phillip tong robbed a bank of america in the richmond district back in november. according to officers, tonge handed the teller a note saying he was armed. investigators used video to identify him along with fingerprints on the note. >>> three people are in custody in connection with the murder of two teenaged girls in east oakland. the two adults and a juvenile were all arrested. investigators say one of them has made admissions connecting the trio to the murder. 16-year-old bobby sartain of oakland and 15-year-old raquel gerstel of san leandro were shot and killed in november 25th. >>> an indiana man sunday arrest after allegedly threatening to kill people at an elementary school near his home. von meyer of cedar lake, indiana, was arrested yesterday. police later found 47 guns and about $100,000 worth of ammunition in his home. >> to have that many guns and ammunition is scary. >> you're at their mercy. so -- but what we do about it, i don't have an answer for that. >> a man in custody allegedly made the threats during
